Job Description:

Baton Rouge Water Company is searching for a GIS Sr. Analyst, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in CS, ISDS, Geography, or similar field from an accredited university and 3+ years of GIS administration experience.Minimum Experience:Experience designing and administering an ArcGIS Enterprise environmentExperience installing, licensing, updating and troubleshooting ArcGIS Enterprise software (ArcGIS Pro, Server, Portal, Data Store)Comfortable with administration of ArcGIS Enterprise geodatabases, including data creation, schema changes, permissions, and QAQC practicesMust be accustomed to working in ArcGIS ProProficient in publishing web services to a federated ArcGIS ServerManage PortalArcGIS Online content, users and configurationsIn-depth knowledge of Python scripting including ArcPy functions, and Arcade expressionsData analysis skills including collecting, manipulating, and presenting data using SQL and ETL toolsExperience creating mobile data collection applications using tools such as Web AppBuilder, Geocortex, or JavaScriptAbility to develop and coordinate with other departments to find solutions to workflow issuesinefficienciesFamiliar with:ArcGIS Utility Network data modelCapturing high accuracy GNSS dataArcGIS Mobile Apps: Collector, Field Maps, Workforce, Survey123GIS AutoCAD integrationPreferred experience with:ArcGIS API for JavaScriptGeocortex EssentialsUtility company operationsLouisiana One Call operationsSAP or similar ERP
