We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Audio-Visual Executive Support Technician Support to join our Team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional, high-level IT support to our executive staff and Learning and Development department focusing significantly on audio-visual and conferencing solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in AV troubleshooting, particularly with Teams Room Systems, Crestron, and QSYS platforms.Key Responsibilities: Provide premium, white-glove IT support and services to executive staff, ensuring minimal downtime and high efficiency.Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of audio-visual systems, including Teams Room Systems, Crestron, and QSYS, ensuring seamless communication and presentation experiences.Coordinate and conduct regular AV system checks and maintenance to prevent issues before they occur.Offer immediate response and resolution to executive-level IT issues, with a focus on audio-visual and conferencing technology challenges.Educate and guide executives on the effective use of AV technology and conferencing systems to enhance meeting productivity.Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new AV solutions and strategies to meet evolving business needs.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AV technologies and IT best practices to continuously improve service quality.Required Qualifications: 2 years Proven experience as an IT support specialist in a large enterprise environment, with a strong focus on audio-visual technology and executive support.Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining Teams Room Systems, Video Walls Digital Signage, Crestron, and QSYS platforms and other AV technologies.Experience of Service Now or similar ticket-based workflow.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to quickly resolve AV issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and explanations to non-technical users.Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team andBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.Avixa CTS Certification preferred.If you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here:
