Role summary: Incedo is seeking an experienced HRBP- Associate Director who will play a vital role in shaping the organizational culture and establishing Incedo as an employer of choice in North America. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and a strong skill set across various HR disciplines. Promote Incedo way and provide guidancesupport, promoting understand and alignment of firm valued.World class HR processes: Design and operationalize core HR processes, including new hire onboarding, offboarding, goal setting, etc. Work with cross-functional HR and business teams to ensure HR delivery excellence across employee life cycleEmployee Engagement: Establish rigor on employee connect programs, events and activities, Rewards and Recognition Practices, focused to enhance employee morale and long term engagement.HR Advisory: Provide expert guidance to business leadership and managers on HR issues and policies. Utilize data and analytics to offer insights for informed decision-making. Act as a frontline resource for HR queries and provide timely responses.Talent Retention and Development: Create innovative professional development programs and job mobility options, positioning Incedo as a premier long-term career destination. Identify talent gaps and collaborate with the learning and development team to deliver customized training and mentoring programs for various employee groups.Special Projects: Take ownership of identifying, planning, and executing special projects that contribute to the overall HR strategy and objectives of the organization.Requirements for incumbent to be successful in the roleStrong problem-solving skills.
