Title: Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: Novi, MI areaRelocation: Assistance availableReports to: Human Resource Leader Role Overview:Korn Ferry has partnered with a global organization on their search for an HR Business Partner located in the Novi area to support a corporate client group. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual looking for progression in a high growth organization! The HRBP will serve as a true Business Partner and provide HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of HR functions with a heavy emphasis on talent programs. This HRBP will support employees across a variety of corporate functions as both a strategic and tactical HR partner. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Serve as subject matter expert on all HR functions including but not limited to talent development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.Oversees the performance management process through partnerships with management and leadership to develop Succession Planning and Talent Management initiativesProvide support to a variety of HR initiatives and leadership development and organizational development needs across a corporate client groupUnderstands managed population and works closely with all functions to drive organizational capability; knows the strengths and weakness of the team; assesses talent and recommends effective development plansDevelops and implements training plans to support team member development including compliance, technical skills, and leadership skills. Ensures high quality training delivery and training tracking per company standards.Serve as a resource to managers and employees to address performance issues and organizational and structural changesDeploys employee benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development in line with organization needsLead the entire employee talent processOversee consistency and accuracy of HR KPI as well as actions to ensure improvement trendInvestigate and oversee all corporate employee relations issues andor complaintsDrive the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximizing productivity, evolving HR responsibilities, and building leadership capabilityWork closely with labor union and provides labor relations counsel with responsibility for grievance administration and resolving issuesManage and administer benefit, health & welfare plans and initiativesAdditional duties as necessaryRequirements:Bachelor's degreeManufacturing, production, multisite retail, or distribution industry experience is preferredExperience supporting a corporate and field employee population is requiredMinimum of 7 years of generalist experience, 2 years as a business partnerSE# 510651789
