We are a community of professionals dedicated to environmental responsibility and developing future leaders in the world of beauty and wellness.What You'll Do:Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Salon and SpaManage day-to-day operations of the school including opening and closing procedures, team behavior, and customer intake proceduresProvide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation for team members and studentsServe as a role model by communicating and enforcing policies and procedures, safety and security standards, the Code of Conduct, and the dress codeLead the Guest Care team in providing excellent services and maximizing school profitServe as a role model by exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and positivity, while adhering to company policy and proceduresHelp maintain a cohesive, cooperative work environment through team-building and motivationInterview, hire, and train the Guest Care team in procedure, policy, and school flowResolve customer complaints and challenges and provide solutions for team disputesAssist in Guest Care initiatives around developing coaching materials to drive salesWho You Are:Exemplify ambition, resourcefulness, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExhibit the ability to identify and achieve goals, execute decisions, and work under strict deadlinesHave outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrate strong leadership skills and experiencePassionate about providing unparalleled guest experiencesWhat You'll Bring:High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor's Degree a plusMinimum of 2 years' continuous retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa required; experience in supervising and training staff highly preferredDemonstrate aptitude to train new team membersAbility to set and achieve goals, implement decisions, and work under strict deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as neededEqual Opportunity Employer: Nurtur Holdings LLC (including its affiliated organizations) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
