As a strong leader, you will invoke a positive work culture through imparting vision, empowerment and program development. You will be responsible for personnel administration matters that encompass talent acquisition, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, staffing levels, succession planning, and professional development. What Do You Need?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.10+ years Human Resources experience in compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition & development, performance management andor strategic planning.5 Years in manufacturing environment 5 Years in HR strategy Advanced knowledge of state and federal employment laws, safety practices and procedures, and employee relations principlesAbility to administer policies over multiple locationsAdvanced recruiting methods and techniquesA positive can-do attitude!
