Our purpose is to assist our customers in solving problems via expert automation design all the way through execution and service.Position Summary: The HR Generalist will handle daily functions of the Human Resources Department including the preparation and clarification of offer letters, coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding, answering employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and personnel policies, maintaining leave requests, and maintaining personnel files of all employees.What you will do:Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Facilitate the hiring of qualified job candidates for open positions by extending offer letter packages and facilitating negotiations between hiring managers and candidates for hire.Maintain documentation for offer letter tracking, 90-day reviews, employee referral program, and visa-related federal requirements.Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Maintain and upkeep employee personnel files.Facilitate the completion of 90-day reviews between supervisors and new employees.Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, training, and development.Handle employee-related inquiries from applicants, candidates, employees, and supervisors, referring complex andor sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Conduct routine audits of personal files and other documentation to maintain compliance with federal regulations.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.Perform other related duties, as assigned.Who you are:You are an excellent listener and communicator who enjoys building strong relationships.You are self-driven.You embrace a continuous learner mentality.You have a passion for learning new things and navigating cultural differences.You are not afraid to bring your authentic self to work.You embrace a continuous learner mentality.You have a passion for HR.What you will bring:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Proficient with NetSuite HR Software.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is required.A minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management is preferred.What we can offer you:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance.
