HR GeneralistLHH has partnered with a dynamic Healthcare client in the South Nashville, TN area to help find a talented HR Generalist to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. This position is ideal for anyone who is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills.Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 Responsibilities:Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system (ADP).Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.Promote positive employee relations and ensure issues are resolved and escalated as necessary.Manage, develop, generate monthly HR reporting including headcount reporting and the org chart report.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.4+ years of experience preferred.Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS system.Healthcare industry experience a plus.Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Schedule:Full-time, 40 hoursMonday to Friday8:00am-5:00pm Location:South Nashville, TN Benefits:Competitive salaryMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceProfessional DevelopmentIf you meet the qualifications above and this sounds like a role for you, apply today!
