Learn more at .About The RoleThe Creative Director will report to our CEO & Co-founder and serve as an insightful, innovative and hands-on design and branding leader in our organization. This seasoned professional will lead all aspects of design and creative functions with a core team along with cross-functional departments while manifesting and executing Keeper's visions through a cohesive and consistent design and branding framework across the company's digital and physical assets which visitors, customers and other stakeholders interact with.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate the creative visions and brand identity of Keeper, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience preferencesLead, manage, and mentor a team of graphic, motion and web designers fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that celebrates and encourages creativityOversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative campaigns, marketing materials, product designs, and other visual and written content across multiple channels and platformsPresent creative concepts, proposals, and final deliverables to C-level executives, product leadership and internal stakeholders, effectively articulating rationale behind design decisions and strategic choicesPartner with different departments across the organization, including marketing, product development, design, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with strategic objectivesStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts, integrate relevant insights into creative strategiesEstablish and maintain creative processes, standards, and best practices to streamline workflows; optimize efficiency while upholding quality and innovationRequirements10+ years of experience in a senior creative, art director, or creative director role with a proven track record of developing impactful campaigns and initiativesPeople management experience and a passion for attracting and developing talentStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and empower team membersStrong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across various mediums, including digital, print, video, and experientialExcellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts and ideas to internal and external stakeholdersDeep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication, with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanshipStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies and executionsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time and work a flexible schedule as a leader in a global organizationBachelor's degree in design, advertising, marketing or a related fieldBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & EmployeeSpouseChild Supplemental lifeVoluntary ShortLong Term Disability Insurance401K (RothTraditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid BereavementJury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
