This individual will be responsible for building new programs and maintaining existing search and shopping strategies for both online and offline business and operations and leading optimizations and reporting with our agency, US, and global team. The position reports to the Director of EC.Oversee search and shopping campaigns, strategy, execution, and performanceManage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search enginesPlan, develop and implement our SEO strategyManage the product feed and provide optimizationsMonitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channelsExecute paid searchshopping optimizations including ad copy tests, title testing, and keyword; define a clear learning agenda for each season to ensure a continual test and learn approachProvide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword, feed and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, redirects, meta data, and copy suggestionsKeep pace with search engine and SEM industry trendsWork cross-functionally with site brand, product, and merchandising team to develop keywords and content for site and marketingIdentify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely mannerCommunicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and resultsIdentify our buyer persona to better target identified audiencesPerform competitive analysis around the current search landscapeTrack pacing and paid search budgetsRequirements:BA degree in MarketingBusiness or analytical emphasis4-5 years online marketing-specific experience with a minimum 2 years demonstrated success in search marketing from concept to completionUnderstanding of search and shopping best practicesExpert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Search Console, Feedonomics experience a plus as are HTML, Javascript or coding language skillsFlexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectivesResults-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics and ROI analysisDemonstrated success in managing high volume search marketing programs for consumer audiencesExceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities· Exceptional writing and communication skillsStrong computer skills, effective time management, organizational and leadership skillsOther duties assigned by managerFrequent in-person collaborationSalary: $88,000 - $100,000**The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, UNIQLO USA does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domesticcivil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
