The HR Generalist role plays a vital part to contribute to the success of our company by supporting people strategy initiatives as well as guide and administer HR services, policies, and programs to ensure an exceptional associate experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Recruiting & Staffing - Finding and hiring the best qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.Work with the hiring managers and staff to be aligned with current and applicable job descriptions and job profiles that reflect consistent job requirements and qualifications of each position.Lead recruitment efforts. Responsible to review resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews and be involved in the offer, pre-employment process and new hire orientationonboarding.Proactively manage the candidate and new hire experience.Work with staffing agencies to ensure temporary staffing or temp-to-hire opportunities are fulfilled.Work with corporate teams to support college recruiting for the Sales & Operations Development Program.Partner with corporate teams and manage all aspects of the Applicant Tracking System to include training of new leaders utilizing the system. Learning & Development- Building talent capabilities.Manage the Sales & Operations Development Program for the operating company, to include onboarding new trainees and coaching them through the program.Manage Training EDU (LMS) to meet reporting needs for HR and managers, and work with the organization for greater utilization of the resource.Partner with corporate Learning & Development to ensure best practices, utilization, and successful web-based content.Monitor and report on learning and development activities, including determining the impact on employee skills and job performance.Conduct andor facilitate training on HR-related topics such as performance management, leadership, interviewing, HR policies, etc. Legal & Compliance - Managing legal issues to minimize or eliminate risk.Help ensure that locations are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations when implementing the application of HR practices.Support compliance efforts with OFCCPAAPEEO regulations including affirmative action planning, workforce diversity, EEO-1 and VETS 100 reporting.Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations and document findings as required by the Company.Conduct terminating employees offboarding and exit interviews, coordinating efforts with direct managersupervisor and Director of Human Resources. Education and Experience· Bachelor's Degree in Human resources or Business-related field.· 5+ years HR Generalist experience. Other SkillsExperience Desired:Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other hiring technologies.Familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems (SuccessFactors, Ceridian).HCI - PHR SHRM - PC credential preferred.
