With years of rapid growth and millions of customers worldwide, MAí‹LYS is on track to become one of the biggest body care brands in the world.We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist to innovate and develop creative concepts that differentiate our brand and resonate with the target audience.A thinker who is obsessed with paid social ads and creative with a deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behavior, particularly within the women's market segment.It's going to work for you too...As our Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives and impactful content that resonate with our target audience.You'll have a crucial role in shaping the way our paid social ads look and feel, and instrumental in orchestrating cohesive strategies that amplify our presence across all paid media fronts.Your life at MAí‹LYS will look like...Work closely with the Creative Director and CMO, to constantly conceptualize new ideas.Develop effective strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target demographic.Identifying and understanding the nuances of our target audience, particularly focusing on women's preferences, desires, and purchasing behaviors.Crafting persuasive scripts for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a keen focus on driving consumers to purchase our products.Working collaboratively with our video editing team to bring your creative vision to life, ensuring that the final output aligns with our brand identity and messaging.Providing in-depth feedback and guidance to the video editing team to optimize video content based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.Use research, data, and creative insights to build hypotheses to test and iterate.Write strategic briefs outlining scientific, creative tests within ads to gain high-impact learnings.Identify top-performing concepts and create variations and iterations to help scale out concepts that are working.Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, consumer psychology, and consumer behavior to inform and enhance our marketing strategies.Share learnings with the rest of the team and collaborate on concepts and ideas. You will thrive in this role if you have...3-5 Years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns targeted at women.Experience in the beautycosmetics industry - advantage.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.Experience with Facebook or TikTok Ads Manager and an understanding of terms like ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA, etc.Direct Response Marketing or Copywriting experienceExcellent verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.An acute attention to anization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and lines of communication.A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for exploring new ideas and strategies in the digital content space.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
