The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in law enforcment, investigations and operations. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities in sales and consulting, requiring the candidate to engage with potential clients and partners to expand our training programs and consultancy services. This role involves developing and delivering high-quality training programs, both online and in-person, and leveraging expertise to support business development and consultancy efforts.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver engaging and informative courses on law enforcement, investigations and related topics, tailored to the needs of professionals in these fields.Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in intelligence, & cyber, to incorporate them into the curriculum.Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both virtually and on-site, ensuring interactive and impactful learning experiences.Assess and evaluate the progress and performance of students, providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance to support their professional development.Collaborate with industry experts and stakeholders to continuously improve and update course content and teaching methodologies.Participate in sales and business development activities, including presenting at industry events, conducting webinars, and engaging with potential clients to expand the institute's reach and impact.Provide consultancy services to organizations, leveraging expertise in law enforcement, intelligence, and cybersecurity to address specific challenges and enhance operational capabilities.Participate in conferences, webinars, and other professional development events to represent McAfee Institute and contribute to the broader community of law enforcement and intelligence professionals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in military, intelligence, cyber, or investigations, with a proven track record of expertise in these areas.Demonstrated proficiency as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in law enforcment, investigations and intelligence-based programs.Strong teaching or training experience, with the ability to engage and inspire adult learners from diverse backgrounds.Experience in sales, business development, or consulting within the law enforcement, intelligence, or cybersecurity sectors.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in utilizing modern educational technologies and mitment to ethical conduct and adherence to the highest standards of professional pensation:Base Salary: 65k + Comission Structure: 8% of Sales + Bonus Structure: Up to 20K = Total OTE 140kYear+Employee Paid Medical401k with a 4% MatchPTOHow to Apply:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications or portfolios demonstrating your expertise and teaching experience to via this job post.
