Job Title: Electronic AssemblerLocation: Snoqualmie, WAPay Rate: $20.00-$23.00hr to startStart Date: ASAPDirect Hire!Kelly is partnered with a leader in nondestructive testing instruments who is focused on making the world a safer place. We are hiring for multiple Electronic Assemblers to join their team! Responsibilities:Wire, solder, and assemble fabricated components to make electrical and mechanical assemblies.Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements.Assist with repairs to assemblies that fail to meet requirements.Utilize established Best Known Methods on assigned product lines.Meet established build time and quality standards on basic and intermediate tasks.Follow assembly work instructions, drawings, quality assurance procedures, and directives from department leads.Report problems with work instructions, procedures, mechanical parts, electrical continuity, or anything else negatively affecting quality to the Lead or anize and complete work assignments in a timely manner, limiting unproductive time.Seek to improve skill set and learn new assembly methods.Contribute improvement ideas and respond to change productively. May provide input for work instructions.Maintain department cleanliness.Follow all company safety policies and Quality Assurance requirements.Overtime as required.Other duties as required in support of the department and the company.Qualifications:Ability to assemble and solder small components utilizing a microscope.Ability to accurately identify components.Able to conduct precise measurements.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.Excellent handeye coordination and dexterity.Strong mechanical aptitude for use of tools in production operations.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions and wiring drawings, etc. that are written in English.Basic problem solving and interpersonal skills.Must be detail oriented, accurate and methodical.Education andor experienceHigh school graduate or equivalent degree preferred or related work history experience accepted.Minimum one (1) year assembly experience, including one (1) year of soldering experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.Previous experience soldering under a microscope highly preferred.
