Responsibilities Meet or exceed daily production scheduled for assigned area(s) of responsibilityAssign staff to optimize production efficiencySet individual and team goals for staffProvide continuous feedback during each shift to staffEnsure accurate daily reportingTraining and coaching of staffConduct regular meetings to address any company matter.
