Based in Plano, Texas TTS-US, a Toyota group company, has rapidly transformed itself into a technology and mobility establishment and a leading provider of IT security, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, cloud workload, mobile security, data security, and security management in addition to threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services.SummaryWe are looking for a Japanese-English bilingual Human Resources Supervisor who can manage day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to benefit administration, onoff-boarding, payroll, employee relations, and visa processing.High-level Scope:• Analyzes, prepares, and process accurate payroll data with applicable knowledge of various deductions (prepost tax), local, state and federal tax requirement, and gross-up calculation for expatriate's payroll.• Preparation and Administration of benefit open enrollment.• Preparation and coordination with an immigration attorney for visa support.• Supervise staff in Human Resources directly.• Maximize productivity and employee morale Lead by example.• Investigates accidents and prepares necessary reports for workers' compensation insurance carriers and FederalState regulatory agencies.• Partner with business leaders in any human resources-related subjects and offer any support in order to achieve company goals.Attribute & Skills:Excellent oral, written communication skills with focus on effective information sharing with all stakeholders.Good interpersonal skillsDeadline-driven & Self-motivated.Experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPointQualification:3-8 years of experience in Human Resources2+ years of experience supervising a team of 2-3 peopleBachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in a related fieldJapanese- English bilingual is a must, with strong English communication.SHRM-CP, PHR or the like a nice to have.
