The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, be a self-starter, and will be committed to the business.Will be required to lead a team on red night shift to ensure a presence on a 12-hour shift.The Day-to-Day:supply shortages at point of use, and other locations downstream of the main Warehouses, located throughout the Factories and ensure those are replenished in a safe and timely mannerelectronic to physical inventory integrity by completing data entry in an organized and accurate fashionexceptional Customer Service to our internal customers by responding to calls with courtesy and urgencystore and deliver Chemicals and Solvents including Hazardous MaterialsHazardous Waste receptacles located about the manufacturing areas are kept cleared, following proper safety and handling proceduresand maintain all required Company Training and Certifications on timesafe, accurate and secure handling of Precious Metals by adhering to all related Company Policies and established practicesconsistent coverage by maintaining excellent attendance and supporting the departments occasional overtime requirementsoperate a company vehiclehandling of company product and related data entry to accurately track its movementoperate material handling equipment including a Forkliftto maintaining accurate Inventory, including participating in Cycle Counting processesto meet any other demands related to Materials & SuppliesThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)with strong personal work ethiccomputer skillsbe able to pass a Background Check that includes a "Soft Credit Pull."successful candidate must be self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervisionverifiable work history that displays a high level of stabilitybe able to work a 12 Hour Night Shift rotationPreferences:Material Handling or Warehouse experienceusing MS Office applications (primarily Outlook, Excel and Word)experience working in a 24x7 Manufacturing environmentWafer Fab experience is a plusWolfspeed Employee will be considered a major plususing, or familiarity with an ERP system, preferably Oracleusing, or familiarity with MES systems, preferably Wolfspeed's internal systemsThis role may require additional duties andor assignments as designated by management.To put it legally - Wolfspeed is an equal opportunity employer.
