When you wear one of these pieces, you are announcing to yourself and to the world that everything you want and everything you want to be is already inside you - all you have to do is claim it.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Graphic Designer, BrandPOSITION SCOPE: FoundRae is looking for a creative, highly skilled, self-starter to join our team as a Graphic Designer. This role will follow the overall creative direction and be responsible for working across the brand to develop branding materials, direct to consumer deliverables, specifications for store and packaging needs, and marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for art and design, photography, and type hierarchies, has a strong attention to beautiful detail and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment working on multiple projects. RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and manage graphics for FoundRae's Online JournalMaintain the brand tome:Design updates, production and issuance.o Arrange bi-annual print process and facilitate communication with external vendors.o Issue the digital tome post seasonal launchWork with the Content and Branding team on the creation of look books, press packets, launch packets, etc.Assist the Director, Brand Content andor freelance graphic design support for the creation andor evolution of:o New card developmentso Logo changesWork with the digital marketing agency in support of any graphic design requestsWork within Photoshop to create in house comps for jewelry assemblies and for any minor retouching needsCollaborate cross functionally by working with Direct to Consumer and Wholesale teams as well as external PR firm to create:Design of invitations for presentations, store events etc.,Design store announcements, menus, paper good designs, in store pamphlets and tearawaysWork with Social Media team as needed for digital branding, cropping, and video needsExecute special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related area preferredMinimum of 3 years professional experience in Graphic Design with experience on both traditional print and digital within luxury, fashion or related industryStrong eye for design, typography and attention to detailProficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator required (Premier Pro, and additional programs are a bonus)Hybrid - 4 days in office, Friday's remoteMust submit link to portfolio with resume to be consideredThe appointed candidate will be offered an annual salary between $65,000 - $80,000 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discountperks and retirement plan.
