In this flexible part-time role, you will support team members in different channels as they work with clients to match products and services to their unique needs and take inbound calls from clients and potential clients which means successful candidates can multitask, have customer service experience, and navigate multiple, simple computer applications. We will provide computer equipment and training. This is an in-person position located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Must-have qualificationsTwo years of post-secondary education and be enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in business, accounting, math, or a related field; we love working with students and understand the unique schedulingPossess strong self-awareness and computing skills, including Microsoft Office Able to work independently but enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members who will be working closely with youDemonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem-solve with minimal assistanceAttention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracyThe ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive informationAbility to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude Additional InformationHourly compensated position and pay is commensurate with the industryDiverse, inclusive & welcoming cultureExperience working with Property & Casualty insurance in an agency setting is absolutely not required Schedule The office is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends.
