Job Description:

Point One Architects + Planners is seeking a full-time, mid-level architect or Architecture candidate with strong design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 3-D modeling software.  Applicants should have: • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience • Knowledge of both commercial and residential construction techniques and the ability to prepare construction documents• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign • Good communication skills  Responsibilities include: • Working within a design team to develop a projectfrom conceptual design through construction documents for a variety of commercial and residential projects  • Attend meetings with CityTown agencies with the goal of gaining project approvals.  • Research of zoning regulations, and CT State building codes  Please send your letter of interest, resume, and brief portfolio of your work to:
