Manager, CatalogJob Summary:The Manager, Catalog will serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders for their assigned artist catalog roster. This role requires a deep understanding of music catalog management as it will be responsible for curating, promoting, and maximizing the value of our label's catalog assets.Essential Job Functions:Function as a key point-of-contact for streaming and marketing partners, as well as coordinate with DSP partners, for placement of our BMLGBMMHYBE catalog titles. Coordinate the efforts of Big Machine Label Group, Big Machine Music, and HYBE catalog management, presentation, and placement to grow the overall use and revenue of our titles. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the catalog, including identifying opportunities for Create and update timeline planner as a robust resource for external and internal teams to track key "mile markers" for resurfacing catalog titles and projects. Ensure information is accurately and efficiently communicated to all departments regarding plans.Manage all requests for creation of content, advertising, online tools, municate production deadlines if required.Collaborate with COO and EVP, Label Operations to track priorities, placement, project activation, and growth. Serve as center-point source of information, requests, and needs regarding all aspects of catalog.Work with label teams for any efforts around new releases and ways to resurface catalog titles.Ensure accurate metadata, licensing, and rights management for all catalog assets.Work closely with the marketing and promotions team to develop and execute campaigns to promote catalog releases. Utilize various channels, including digital platforms, physical product, social media, etc., to reach target audiences.Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including artists, managers, digital partners, licensing agencies, publishers, agents, and other record labels.
