Kenneth Copeland Ministries has an opening for an Email Marketing Coordinator at our headquarters in Newark, TX. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications. This individual contributor is responsible for the creation, execution, optimization, and reporting of the internal email program. The successful candidate will be able to work at both strategic and tactical levels working to bring campaigns to life to drive desirable customer experience and business outcomes.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive email channel performance through effective strategy, content, segmentation, and personalization to achieve business objectives (sales, customer experience outcomes, etc.)Work with the marketing team, including graphic designers and copywriters, to manage the day-to-day activities of the email program from the initiation of a project to completion.Own and manage the email marketing calendar to ensure that all plans align with marketing efforts and deadlines.Code emails to fit all required HTMLCSS and responsive email design guidelines for use in Acoustic and MailChimpAbility to troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues in email code.Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics that conform to email code and server requirements.Optimize graphic elements in the design process for desktop and mobile.Understand and manage automated processes in the marketing automation platform.Coordinate and manage internal business reviewsapprovals process and ensure all edits are communicated clearly and adopted.Work directly with internal groups to get executive approval for an email copy.Thoroughly QA all email campaigns and clearly document edits.Implement and optimize email campaigns by working closely with design, marketing, andor other stakeholders.Track, analyze, and report the results of email campaigns with the Director and other business stakeholders.Present learning from AB testing and make recommendations for improvementsnext steps.Monitor and minimize unsubscribebouncecomplaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance.Assist in the development and management of effective segmentation strategies, campaigns, and test methodologies for email campaigns.Keep abreast of the industry's best practices and provide recommendations for internal strategies.Responsible for tracking project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met for both internal and external clients.View weekly EMIC services online to maintain an understanding of how to support their email needs.View Events services online to maintain an understanding of how to support their email needs.KnowledgeSkillsAbilitiesExperience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or another related field preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of email marketing experience, preferably in a non-profit or agency environment.Attention to detail and excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent understanding of email campaign performance metrics.Strong understanding of email and marketing automation platforms, email service providers, and deliverability.Knowledge of basic HTML preferred and familiarity with web content management systems (Sitecore preferred).Goal-oriented, self-motivated, understanding and utilizing effective time management practices, creative, analytical thinker, detail-oriented, conscientious, consistent, and progressive. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and very accurate. Must be self-starterassertive and extremely dependable.
