Hybrid office hours available with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.Position Summary:Canadian Solar is seeking a Recruiting & HR Coordinator who will provide administrative support to a busy HR team while we integrate Workday as our new primary HCM and ATS systems. In this role, you'll primarily be focused on scheduling candidates, sending documents for signature, maintaining accurate records in Workday and facilitating the smooth operation of the department overall. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire recruiting and HR infrastructure from the ground up. This role will provide you with a wide range set of responsibilities in a high-growth and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience. This is a full time, temporary, 3 month opportunity that could extend into something more long term. Responsibilities:Partner closely with Recruiters and HR Staff to manage requisitions and candidate applications in Workday ATS Efficiently manage all aspects of the candidate interview process including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and the preparation of interview materials. Maintain accuracy of data in Workday to ensure reports and interview plans are accurate. Prioritize a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process via email, telephone and in person. Be a valuable point of contact for candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open rolesStreamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experienceEvaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient, including interview training, funnel analytics, and documentation of best practicesPartner with recruiters to support career fairs & industry recruiting eventsQualifications:1-3 years of experience using Workday ATS (applicant tracking system) and HCM1-3 years of experience in a Recruiting and HR setting providing customer serviceProven experience prioritizing tasks and handling numerous assignments simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and organized, taking initiative and having a pro-active approach Ability to learn new technology, systems and processes quickly Compensation and Benefits:This is a full time, temporary 3-month assignment. The pay range for this position is $30-35 per hour. This range represents annual base pay only, this position does not qualify for bonuses, paid time off or health benefits.
