DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work together with the Director of Nursing to: * Ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families, * Create and maintain great employee relationships among the staff in their unit * Attract and retain top preforming, talented team members * Supervise and career coach existing team members with in their assigned unit.
