Job Description:

Hearth and Home Technologies is the world's largest manufacturer of hearth products (gas, electric and wood burning fireplaces, as well as Stoves) with a long history of exceptional products and customer satisfaction.This Maintenance Supervisor position in Lake City, MN is 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday (core hours are 4:30PM - 2:30AM). We will consider Monday through Friday (4:30PM - 1:00AM).  What you will doDirect daily activities of the maintenance crew.Assign work on site and resolve daily maintenance equipment issues.Perform supervisory functions including performance appraisals, conducting staff meetings, and other events to foster good member morale.Responsible for sustainability and effectiveness of preventative maintenance programs for   facility equipmentManage spare parts inventory levels.Manage continuous maintenance training.Identify & implement cost savings.Ensure all Maintenance personnel follow safety rules, regulations and quality standards are followed.Trains and directs others on site on essential duties of positions.Work with a high level of self-direction. Internal customers include product linefocus factory management, design engineering, and manufacturing engineering.QualificationsProven ability to lead and develop team members.
