We also offer an Excellent Benefits Package, FlexAdvance Pay, Tuition Reimbursement, Career Growth Ladder, Employee Assistance, 401K Plan. * $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time Hires* Shifts Available Every Other Weekends 7AM-7PM7PM-7AM Responsibilities * Primary responsibilities include supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift * Duties involve assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care * Works predominately with an adult geriatric population * Serves as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective and efficient nursing care. Supervises clinical aspects of nursing. * Manages day to day operations of Nursing Department * Interfaces with others to insure efficient unit operations. * Seeks opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency Qualifications * Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland * Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred * 1- 3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus * Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility * Must possess a current CPR license
