House Supervisor RNOverview CHI St. Joseph Health Grimes Hospital is located Navasota TX and is a 25 bed critical access hospital. Our Medical Unit consists of 18 beds & has a phenomenal leadership team & great overall culture! Responsibilities Implements and coordinates patient care and support services throughout the organization, resource for transfer center in coordinating admissionstransfers and transfers tofrom other facilities. Responsible for assigning or assisting nursing management in scheduling. Has no formal lines of authority over other departments but supervises all nursing and clerical staff on each shift and may be called upon to perform supervisory tasks for other departments when they are closed. Supervises,onboards, and schedules patient companions. Maintains open communication with team members to improve performance and inform the Director of Nursing of any serious and unusual situations. Qualifications Required Education and Experience Education: Associates Degree, Nursing 1 year acute care nursing experience Required Licensure and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS within 6 months
