Some of the cities we service are Philadelphia, Drexel Hill, King of Prussia, West Chester, Honey Brook and Kennett Square. The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care or Hospice Shift: Day Shift (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) We offer 24, 34 and 44 weekend opportunities. * 24 Weekend ~ $48.00 per hour * 34 Weekend ~ $50.50 per hour * 44 Weekend ~ $53.50 per hour Experience: 1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred. Education: 1. RN Diploma, ASN required. 2. BSN preferred. LicensuresCertifications: 1. Current license to practice nursing in PA. 2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. 3. Current CPR certification preferred. 4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred. Requirements: This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
