Responsibilities The Orthopedic Unit at Mercy offers exceptional and excellent care to adults recovering from foot and ankle surgery; orthopedic and neurosurgical spine surgery; shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery; hip and knee surgery; sports medicine; joint replacement and reconstruction surgery. We are known for superior clinical outcomes and rank in the top two percent of hospitals nationwide. Requirements * A diplomadegree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment). * A Registered Nurse license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board. * New nurse graduates considered with practicum, or technician experience in acute care.
