Cadia is dedicated to providing the best care possible and thats where you come in! Duties and Responsibilities * Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc. as necessary. * Review all staffing for the assigned shift and assure each resident has an assigned nurseCNA. Review shift PPD and make staffing adjustments as required. * Make rounds throughout the facility at the beginning and end of each shift. * Replace any call offs that are received during the shift. * Communicate all eventsincidents and resident concerns to DONADON. Assist in developing and implementing corrective action when appropriate. Qualifications * Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state. * Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in long-term care or healthcare related facilities. * Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred. * Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
