We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil lawsuits and providing legal advice on litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and litigating cases.Duties:- Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation- Stay informed about current laws, regulations, and legal trends related to litigationExperience:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admitted to practice law in the state of West Virginia- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation- Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions- Strong negotiation skillsIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for litigation and a desire to provide exceptional legal representation, we encourage you to apply.
