Inside Sales/Customer Service - Responsible for managing customer relationships, building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers to provide a unique sales experience to our customers. EducationBusiness Degree or equivalent experience.Tasks and Work Activitiesand maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Interface directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or in person.and pursue new sales opportunities with potential customers. Maintain customer databases and sets up new customer accounts.sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.and close sales deals with customers.customer feedback and address any issues or concerns, Responds to customer complaints.and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.and present sales reports to management.industry events and conferences to stay up to date on industry trends.customer service policies and procedures.customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing and availability to promote sales.order management, Monitors inventory production and allocation, managing order changes & expediting.contract review of purchase orders and applicable documents.with CSR in preparation of the weekly shipping schedulewith other departments to verify status of orders or coordinate new orders.with planning, production, and quality to set production priorities.a positive pride for workmanship environment in the plant.knowledge of quality systemsSales training a plusresponsibilities as required by management.Knowledge and Skillsknowledge of textile processesto review contracts and specificationsawareness and sensitivityLanguage - Demonstrates oral and written comprehension and expression of the English language.
