Job Description:

Tyto Athene is seeking a Remedy Administrator to support the onsite Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG) C2 Systems Remedy team and will be primarily responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance under the guidance of the operations team lead. This position will be four days onsite, one day remote.Responsibilities:Creating People Records. Setting up and managing accounts to ensure only authorized users with the appropriate permissions are granted access.Troubleshooting basic incidents and escalating to a Remedy engineer as needed.Performing foundation data updates following established procedures.Reviewing logs and system performance following established procedures.
