Avera is looking for a Surgical Technologist Outpatient to join our Team! **Sign-on Bonus - $6,000 for less than 2 years of experience or $10,000 for 2 or more years of experience** Position Highlights: Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1! This position may be eligible for a $6,000 Sign on Bonus for less than 2 years of experience with a 2 year commitment or $10,000 for 2 years or more of experience with a 3 year commitment About Ambulatory Surgery: Patient Safety Focused Team consists of 12 RN Circulators, 16 Surgical Technicians and 2 Patient Care Technicians. We work with Surgeons in the following specialties: Pediatric Orthopedics, Pain Medicine, General, Eyes, ENT, Dental, Plastics, Urology, Gynecology and Vascular. We provide care from Pediatric to Geriatric patients in 8 operating room suites. Our nurses work in a fast paced environment and have outstanding teamwork.
