**MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE**EcoLabs (formerly National Wiper) located in beautiful Swannanoa, NC has Production Machine Operator openings available with on-the-job-traning and excellent benefits. Manufacturing Associates work in the production of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, healthcare, institutional and industrial markets.**Job duties and pay scale different for each shift/role. See breakdown below**Machine Operator Role - basic machine/manufacturing experience requiredWeekend Shift - Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7am-7pmOperator: $19.00/HRMachine Operator Preferred Qualifications (Operator):-Must have previous Machine Operating experience in a manufacturing setting.-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. And stand on feet for full 12 hour shift-Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety)- Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates-Mechanical aptitude- Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems-Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
