COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Urology (URO) $565,000 Guarantee  $60.00/wRVU Production  $25,000 Sign-on-Bonus  $15,000 Relocation $3,000 CME Annually RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS - Urology (URO) Only 3 Urologists covering entire area; Tons of work and success Caring, dedicated and supportive administration 9 modern OR suites 25+ clinic patients daily & 10+ major surgical cases/week Davinci robot 4 day work week - Great work/life Balance Call: 7 days/month  FNP practice support QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Urology (URO) Board Eligible or Certification is required within 5 years of training General practice, but fellowships welcomed Quality and Patient Care Focused Work well in Teams COMMUNITY - Urology (URO) Southern California; 2 hours San Diego/1.5 hours Palm Springs Both Public and Private schools available Live where you want; just have to be available on work/call days.
