Responsibilities You'll Have Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market Assist clients in the home search and sale process Utilize effective marketing strategies to advertise property listings Negotiate sales and purchasing contracts on behalf of clients Help clients prepare their home for sale and maximize their return on investment Provide sound advice to clients on the current real estate market Core Competencies You'll Need Excellent interpersonal skills An understanding of the legal aspects of the real estate business Strong customer service and communication skills Good knowledge of the local real estate market Ability to negotiate contracts and obtain great value for clients Self-motivation and drive to succeed What Does Success Look Like Success as a real estate listing agent looks like providing an outstanding experience for your clients, helping them to make successful decisions in the real estate market, and achieving your own personal goals.
