You'll have the chance to learn from and work with experienced agents to help you grow in the field. You will also be working with clients who are looking to buy or sell properties in your area. You will be helping them to navigate through the complex process of making a real estate transaction. Goals You'll Strive Towards Your goals will include providing exceptional customer service to your clients, helping clients to market and sell their properties, and locating properties that meet the needs and expectations of buyers. You will also be striving to build a strong network of contacts that you can rely on to help you in your real estate career. Responsibilities You'll Have Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions Help clients price their property well and make it marketable Research your real estate market and understand the trends of home values in your area Consult with clients and answer their questions and concerns before, during and after a real estate transaction Mediate communications and negotiations between the home seller and purchaser Actively devise marketing strategies to ensure a prompt home sale Core Competencies You'll Need Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to negotiate and mediate A strong work ethic An aptitude for problem-solving Proficiency with technology and real estate software A passion for helping people What Does Success Look Like Success will look like helping your clients to achieve their real estate goals.
