Tell us about your experience at your interview! $40,000 - $80,000+ Annual income potential Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Time Employee Discounts on Products & Services & Vehicle Purchase Plans Employee discounts on products and services Opportunity for growth and advancement within one of the largest auto groups in the nation     Responsibilities - Inventory Equity & Acquisition Specialist:   Identify potential sources of inventory, including auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, cars coming in for service, and lease returns Research market trends, demand, and pricing to make informed decisions about inventory acquisition Build and maintain relationships with vendors, wholesalers, and other industry contacts to access a wide range of vehicles Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and conditions to ensure optimal value and profitability for the dealership Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of vehicles to assess condition, history, and marketability Coordinate transportation and logistics for acquired inventory, including scheduling pickups and deliveries Manage inventory records, documentation, and paperwork accurately and efficiently Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop strategies for inventory management and promotion.   Qualifications - Inventory Equity & Acquisition Specialist:   Previous experience in automotive sales, procurement, or inventory management preferred Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, pricing, and vehicle valuation Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions Proficiency in using computer software and databases for inventory management and analysis Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please upload your resume!
