Our client, a well-known American cosmetics company, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team for 3rd Shift. Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the Production areas.  Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Location: Blaine, MN. Pay: $24-$30 per hour Shift: Sun-Thurs 11pm-7:30am What's in it for me? · Weekly Pay · Full benefits after 90 days · Free education · Ability to learn a new skill set · Temp to hire job What's the Job? · Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on plant equipment and machinery. · Work directly with employees to develop efficient, effective setups, changeovers and operation of equipment. · Assist line personnel in troubleshooting mechanical issues. · Maintains, installs, operates, sets up, and tests all types of plant equipment. · Utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and understand the concept and follow LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
