We've grown to four locations including Cashiers, Brevard, Franklin and Fletcher in North Carolina - with each store serving the unique needs of its builders via quality products, prompt delivery, installed sales, design services, and custom woodworking. Jennings Builders Supply & Hardware is a division of US LBM, a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States.Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PMWage: $17 per hour (weekly pay)Job Duties:Pull materials from racks, units or other storage areas to prepare for pick up or shippingOrganize material in a manner to best ensure it arrives safe and undamagedRemove building materials from units and place boards in rack, according to grade and lengthRemove defective and/or damaged material from racks for cut-backAssist customer or drivers with loadingMaintain good working relationship with customers, fellow employees and managementMaintain the appearance of the yard and racks in an orderly and clean manner focusing on the areaUnload and load - heavy lifting of building materialRequirements:Construction or building material supplies preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right candidatesForklift experienceAbility to lift up to 100lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift, working in all weather conditionsExcellent work ethic and attendanceAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningWe offer:Medical, dental, and vision plans starting the first of month after 30 days of employment401(k) with company matchClosed holidaysPaid time off and sick daysEmployee discountsDaily pay - get paid DAILYJennings Builders Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
