Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are important. Explain and demonstrate vehicle features on test drives Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business Prospect for new customers     Qualifications - Sales Specialist & Trainees:   An energetic and outgoing 'people-person' that's goal driven and self-motivated to succeed!
