Job Description:

What you will doAs a HVAC O&M Specialist with Johnson Controls you will perform assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. You will troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC control problems.How you will do itPerforms basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (such as: sensors, actuators, etc.) and completes all required commissioning documentationKeeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issuesCalibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipmentInstalls new communication wiring and conduit to repair defective bus segmentsCompletes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentationCommunicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work siteFollows all safety standards and attends required safety training.
