Required CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider CHPNA - Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse Assistant Carroll County Health Service Corp/Carroll Hospital/Nursing/ALL/CNA PA - CNA PENN SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Fleet Safety Requirements. Must have reliable transportation. Must have communicate (both orally and written) effectively to patients and families. Must be able to adapt to changes in schedules, assignments and geographical locations.
