A positive and professional work environment Responsibilities - Pre-Owned Sales Consultant: Help customers purchase a pre-owned luxury vehicle Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key! Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Provide a satisfied buying experience to every customer Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Prospect for new customers Qualifications - Pre-Owned Sales Consultants: At least 2 years of Auto Sales experience is required, luxury brand auto sales is preferred An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and a good driving record McGrath Lexus of Chicago opened in 1999 on Division Street at the nearest corner of the Kennedy Expressway, which has a four-way interchange.
