Overview:   Lead Infeed Materials Operator| HIRING IMMEDIATELY | Mooresville, NC Available Shift: Mon - Fri 7AM - 3:30PM APPLY ONLINE! As a Lead Infeed Materials Operator, your role is key to maintaining the pumping and documentation of resin materials from bulk trucks and railcars. This position is a part of the Materials team and works directly with the Inventory Control Lead. Responsibilities:  SafetySeek to understand and support a safe culture and workplaceRemain aware of surroundings and obtain knowledge of all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the jobResponsible for following all required safety procedures for each task you doKeep work area clean and organized Report any safety concern, risk, hazard, near miss, or injury immediately to the appropriate supervision on shiftPeriodically audit safety employee PPE throughout the dayAttend safety meetingsAdhere to Environmental Health & Safety regulations.QualityHandle all material carefully to ensure product is not damaged or contaminatedEnsure all products, labels, and locations upon movement of product is accurateReport any concerns on quality of product immediately to appropriate supervision Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies of the plantPositionReview/log silo readings into G drive daily via EXCEL.Validate material lines in bulkhead area are in the correct position and properly secured.Maintain good housekeeping around bulkhead areas.Receive/Pump railcars as required following SOP.Receive and sign in bulk trucks upon arrival following SOP.Maintain silo area housekeeping, labeling, cam locks, locking of silos and securing extraction lines daily.Enter trucks received into SAP (MB01) at End of Day.Conduct bi-weekly inventory cycle counts of all resin related materials.Maintain organization of the production floor working with EHO Lead and ensuring proper staging of materials for cycle-count prep work is done daily.Must be able to learn Inventory Lead position job duties and back fill when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma require, college preferred or demonstrated past experience in related duties.The ability to work independently as well as working with others effectively as a part of a team is essentialAbility to be certified in fork truck equipment as well as scissor-lift operationFlexibility to work overtime due to business needs as required.Must be able to wear the required PPE to enter the plant/complete the tasksWe expect regular and timely attendance to avoid disruption to the team and the lineMust be able to pass a drug screen, physical and background checkMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be capable of climbing silo ladders up to 70 ft.Ability to work in extreme temperaturesBasic math and computer skills aptitude required.
