Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required. • Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application. • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. • Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions. Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers.
