"¯  What you will do:: • Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections • Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives • Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams • Provide support to Outside Sales team • Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services What you will bring:: • Previous front-line customer service and sales experience • Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus • Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus • Ability to effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management • Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
