This position offers an opportunity to engage preschool-aged children in immersive Spanish language experiences. You will also Plan, supervise and implement the Spanish curriculum Collaborate with other faculty and staff members Communicate daily with parents or guardians Participate in professional development opportunities   What We Are Looking For Educational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum or a bachelor's degree in child development Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be fluent in both Spanish and English language Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
