    Collision Center / Body Shop Director Experience is Required $200,000+ Opportunity! A leading dealership located in Northeast Baltimore has an immediate need to hire an experienced BODY SHOP DIRECTOR to run an efficient and profitable operation of the Body Shop Department while controlling costs, managing team members, obtaining sales and profit objectives, and building a loyal clientele. Auto Service Director experience is required. The ideal candidate will be a team-builder, team player, customer-focused, organized, and highly motivated. A proven track record of building good teams and CSI are significant components to our evaluation process. Candidates must have a stable work history as a Body Shop Department Manager or Director serving more than 2 years consecutively - We're looking for those in it for the long-haul! Resolve customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally Regularly audit work being done to ensure all standards are met Maintain a safe and clean working environment Ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired   Qualifications/Requirements - Body Shop Director: Body Shop Director Experience is Required Comprehensive auto industry knowledge and management experience Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication skills Basic understanding of business management Valid driver's license with a good driving record CDK experience is preferred Please upload your resume.
